Dr. Ehab Bar is a board-certified orthodontist with advanced craniofacial training and three orthodontic patents — including the co-founded Moon Aligner System. He brings that level of innovation and precision to every patient who walks through our doors, whether it's a child getting their first evaluation or an adult ready for a complete smile transformation.
Our practice is truly a family effort. Dr. Bar's wife Youmna leads front desk operations with warmth and efficiency, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from check-in to checkout. Together with team members Cassey and Ximena, we've built an environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for.
We offer complimentary consultations, traditional braces, Invisalign®, and 3D-printed custom retainers — with flexible treatment plans tailored to your schedule, budget, and smile goals. Youmna is the friendly face who keeps Bar Orthodontics running smoothly and every patient feeling at home. As the co-founder and practice manager, she combines her passion for organization, hospitality, and patient care to ensure each visit is comfortable, efficient, and enjoyable.
Her welcoming personality and attention to detail help create the warm, family-like environment that Bar Orthodontics is known for. From the moment you walk through the door, Youmna’s genuine kindness and professionalism set the tone for an exceptional experience.
Outside the office, Youmna enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Ehab Abdel Bar, and their two daughters, Layla and Farida. Together, they’re proud to call Rockwall home and love being part of the local community they serve.

She takes pride in creating a comfortable and positive environment, guiding patients through every stage of their treatment, and ensuring they feel confident in their smiles. Cassie especially loves being part of the moment when patients see their new smiles for the first time—a rewarding reminder of why she loves what she does.
As a leader, she supports the clinical team with her expertise and attention to detail, helping maintain smooth and efficient operations. Outside the office, Cassie enjoys cheering on her two sons at their sports games and relaxing with a good book.

From encouraging patients along the way to celebrating their final smile transformations, she finds joy in being part of every milestone. Outside of the office, Ximena enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and traveling to new places.
