Kids, from age 7
The first orthodontic check is recommended by age 7. Most children are simply monitored at no charge until the timing is right. When early treatment helps, it is short and targeted.
Teens
Low-profile braces or Invisalign, planned around school and sports. Braces can often be placed the same day you decide to start.
Adults

Cost depends on your bite, the appliance and how long treatment takes, so Dr. Bar gives you a fee in writing after the free consultation rather than guessing online. Insurance, FSA and HSA funds and interest-free payment plans all help with the balance.
By age 7. At that visit most children are simply monitored, at no charge, until the timing is right. A smaller group benefits from a short early phase of treatment.
No. You can book directly. Many families are referred by their dentist, but it is not required.
Comprehensive cases usually run 12 to 24 months, with aligners often on the shorter end. Early childhood treatment is typically 9 to 18 months. You get an estimated timeline at the consultation.
Most dental plans with orthodontic benefits are accepted and the office files the claims for you. Bring your card to the consultation and we will check your benefits before you leave.
Both are removable clear aligners. The Moon Aligner System, which Dr. Bar co-founded, is designed to handle certain tooth movements more effectively. After your scan he recommends whichever suits your bite.
